Knitling knitwear is made to order in Tartu, Estonia. Crafted in a small production, from women to women.
The name comes from knitting and Ling, connecting the craft itself with the founder’s last name. As simple as that. (Oh, the beauty of simplicity..)
Each piece is made using 100% RWS-certified Italian merino wool, chosen for its softness, breathability, warmth and natural ability to regulate temperature. It is a material that feels just right for the way we live here, warm when you need it, yet light and breathable enough to move with you through the seasons.
Timeless silhouettes and Knitling’s distinctive signature sleeve define our recognisable design language. The collection is intentionally focused. Rather than creating more for the sake of more, each piece is made to order and designed with longevity in mind, to be worn, loved and kept for years.
The garments are made to feel almost like a second skin. Soft, warm, yet light on the body. Like a hug.
Knitling believes in doing things slowly and with intention. Not everything needs to be rushed. Not everything needs to be produced in bulk. From the way the knitwear is made to the materials, packaging and little details surrounding each order, every choice is considered with care. Orders are packed using KIUD packaging and printed cards are made of handmade Labora seed paper.
Knitling is about softness, warmth, femininity and ease.
But more than anything.. Knitling is a reminder to slow down.
To be
present.
To move through life with intention.
To return to yourself.
No matter the season, no matter the reason.
