Let it breathe
Merino wool naturally stays fresh for longer, so there is no need to wash your knitwear too often.
Most of the time, simply airing it is enough to refresh it between wears.
Washing
Dry cleaning is recommended.
If washing at home, use a gentle wool cycle at a maximum of 20°C and 400 rpm, or wash by hand in cold water.
Always use a detergent made especially for wool and place your knitwear inside a laundry bag before washing.
Drying
Never tumble dry your knitwear. Lay it flat on a clean towel, gently reshape it and leave it to air dry naturally. Do not stretch. Remember to never hang your knitwear (wet or dry) as it will stretch out.
Storage
Store your Knitling pieces folded rather than hanging. This helps them keep their shape and protects the knit over time.
Make sure your knitwear is completely clean and dry before storing it for longer periods.
