We currently ship only within Estonia.
Where we ship
Orders can currently be delivered only to addresses and parcel lockers in Estonia. For questions, contact linda@knitling.com.
Processing time
Pieces are knitted to order in Tartu. Production is about 3–6 weeks after payment. We pack and hand the parcel to the carrier after that — not within 1–3 days of payment.
Delivery options
Choose free delivery to a SmartPosti or Omniva parcel locker in Estonia or free pickup from The Slowroom at Süda 1, Tallinn.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate and may vary during busy periods or because of carrier delays.
Tracking
When your order ships, we email a tracking link if your service includes tracking. Delivery is to the address you enter at checkout; please ensure it is correct.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, or if the package arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at linda@knitling.com with your order number and photos. We will work with the carrier to resolve it.
