Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Knitling website and any purchase of products from LINDALING OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”), trading as Knitling. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy.
1. Who we are
Knitling is operated by LINDALING OÜ, registry code 16234711, Estonia. Contact: linda@knitling.com or via our contact page.
2. Products and availability
We sell handmade knitwear and related goods. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as reasonably possible; slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur because each piece is crafted by hand. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products without notice.
3. Orders and contract
When you complete checkout, you make an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order before dispatch if an item is unavailable, if payment fails, or if we suspect fraud or abuse—in which case we will refund any amount paid.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (EUR) unless stated otherwise and include VAT where applicable for customers in the EU. Shipping and any applicable duties for orders outside the EU are shown at checkout or in our Shipping Policy. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout. You confirm that payment details you provide are yours and authorised.
5. Shipping and risk
Delivery timing and costs follow what we communicate at checkout and in your order confirmation. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the parcel to the address you provided (or when you collect it, if offered).
6. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate delivery and contact details. You are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs charges outside the EU unless we state otherwise at checkout.
7. Returns and refunds
Your statutory rights and our return process apply as required by consumer law, including your 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales within the EU/EEA.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for that order.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. EU consumers may also rely on mandatory protections in their country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us at linda@knitling.com; EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to orders placed after the “Last updated” date shown above.
